Industry News 15-16

Dear Worldwideans,

Season’s Greetings to all!

As we gear up for the year end, I request all HODs to put your best efforts by firing on all

cylinders to achieve the committed numbers. We have the upcoming Budget meeting during 23-

26 March at Vizag. HODs should give their fair and realistic budgets for next year, by optimizing

the costs and increasing productivity.

I have been deeply disappointed to note that there is no awareness even among the senior sales

persons, HODs, etc about the magazine and its contents. I noticed this during my recent visit to

a major branch office. I started this initiative to share the knowledge amongst us and personally

monitor this every month. While we spend our time and efforts on preparing and circulating the

magazine, there has been lack of participation and involvement from the other side. There is no

business information being shared from any region though we try to provide some snippets on

the Trade news. You all should realize that this is a channel of communication, by the

Worldwideans and for the Worldwideans. I call upon the HR team to create awareness and also

devise methods to ensure that everyone participates in the monthly magazine in some way.

I take this opportunity to salute our womenfolk and wish them on the International Womens Day

which is celebrated on 8th March!! May God bless us all!

Best wishes,

Bala
