    According to my analysis.

    As for the course content and understanding of brain I have divided

    children into 4 groups according to there classes

    1. Class 4-8

    2. Class 8- 103. Class 11-12

    4. Engreeing pursuing folks

    In intial phase we hve to focus on mainly class 9 to 12 .as it is the right

    time to educate any child to a new thing and make there intrest .

    Aftere succeful comltion of initial phase we spred our wings to both sidewe include calss 2 to engerring students..

    Build a focused, consistent sales and marketing strategy

    As per my analysis and known fact

    The competitive marketplace includes only a handful of directcompetitors within the robotics organising compneys segment, providingrobotics workshop and providing tools of robotics and systemsintegration services to kindergarten through senior high (K-12) schools inindia. Monterus competes primarily against more traditional methods ofeducation, so we are doing some invotive work by providing directrobotics basic sto our student including basic mechanism behind therobots and whole kit. In addition, monter competes with other companies

    offering educational robo cams products to schools, such as prominentschools on india like dps harverd academy etc.

    Educational institutions and school districts have not been active insearching out technical enhancements to the educational process.Rather, companies such as monterus have often utilized a more "push"type of marketing strategy. The educational community has had to be"educated" themselves on the opportunities of utilizing technicalinfrastructures to enhance learning processes.

    Since only a handful of other companies are competing directly withmonterus group in this market, the company plans to develop a healthylevel of market share, with a goal of 10% school of delhi at the end ofthree years.

    The target market for monterus is the urban/metropolitan educationalmarket, as this market presents the highest level of opportunity in termsof revenues. Additionally, we can also focus on installations andcustomizations in this market are much more feasible in terms of

    number of educational institutions and school districts across the delhi.We dont need Significant investmentsFor the ignition but we have to focuson research and understand thespecific needs and potential enhancements to the current educationalprocess.
