The Rules1. Your bid paddle, given at registration, is your assigned bid number for both Live and Silent Auction bidding.

2. All sales are final. There will be no refunds or exchanges of any item, unless stated in the catalog.

3. Values appearing in the catalog or on the bid sheets have been set by the donor. Faith has endeavored to catalog and describe the property correctly, but all property is sold “as-is” and Faith neither warrants nor represents, and shall in no event be responsible for the correctness of description, genuineness, authorship, provenance, or condition of the property. No statement contained in this catalog or made at the sale or elsewhere shall be deemed to be such warranty, representation, or an assumption of liability for tax purposes or for general value.

4. Faith reserves the right to withdraw any item from sale prior to the call for bids. The auctioneer also reserves the right to auction off items not necessarily in the order they appear in the catalog.

5. Payment by successful bidders may be made after the auction has been closed and the cashier has processed bids. Payment may be made by cash, check, MasterCard, Visa,American Express, or Discover and is due at the close of the auction.

6. Unless otherwise noted in this catalog, all auction service certificates must be used within one year.

7. All experiences sold at the auction are to be undertaken at the sole risk of the purchaser, and Faith Christian Academy shall not be liable or responsible in any way for the loss, injury or damage to or in respect to any person or property, however caused or arising.

8. The Internal Revenue Code permits you to deduct the amount you give to Faith that exceeds the value of the item or service you purchased. To assist you in determining the tax deductible portion of your contribution, we have listed fair market values on your invoice.

9. To bid on a Silent Auction item, please enter your bidder number on the respective bid sheets that correspond to the item number you wish to bid on.

10. Minimum amounts of opening bids and bid raises MUST be observed. Bids not following the minimums or bid raises specified are disqualified. In the event of a dispute, the auction official will act as the final authority.

11. Please bid promptly, and then step back after making your bid to allow free access to the other bidders.

12. Silent Auction closing time will be announced. Auction officials will close bidding at time of announcement and have the right to disallow any bid made after the closing. Please do not remove any items from the table if you notice you have the final bid; you may pick up your item after you have paid and the cashier gives you a paid receipt.

13. After payment is made, “Live and Silent” auction items may be collected from a designated auction official at

We are thankful for God’s blessings this year:

• Largest enrollment in school history – 482 students• Addition of new staff• The opening of the Liberty Campus to host our Noah’s Ark

As a result of your continual generosity, last year’s auction enabled us to raise over $150,000 (over $100,000 for the fourth year in a row) which was instrumental in securing the future of FCA through the purchase of the Liberty Campus.

Our Auction is our largest fundraiser of the year, and the Lord continues to bless this event by providing the funds needed to improve our facilities and offer more academic options, athletic programs, and opportunities in the arts.

This year’s proceeds will be used to purchase security cameras for each elementary classroom and new desks and chairs to accommodate our growing enrollment. We will also be updating our Promethean boards for continual interactive learning. Your contributions, whether time, talent, treasure, or prayer, are needed and deeply appreciated. Dear FCA Families,The 2016-2017 school year has been a year of growth for Noah’s Ark and the Academy. The purchase of the Liberty campus for our preschool allowed us to accommodate the unprecedented enrollment of over 190 students at Noah’s Ark and 470 students at Faith Christian Academy.

We have been able to meet the demand of growth by hiring new teachers, offering more AP classes, and adding more classroom space in the high school. The growth was also seen in the elementary level with the addition of a second first grade class and offering honors classes to our sixth grade students. Applicants are being interviewed with the hope of adding a second fifth grade class and new high school electives for the 2017-2018 school year.

Our athletic teams all had banner years with the boys’ varsity soccer team winning District and finishing in the Elite 8 in states. The varsity girls’ and boys’ basketball teams finished up the regular season playing in the District Finals. The wrestling team advanced to the District Finals, had several league champions, and a few district champions. The middle school teams also finished the season as champions or runners up in their respective leagues. Look for more medals and accolades to come from our baseball, softball, and track teams.

The Academy has continued traditions such as Spiritual Emphasis week, Black and White week, and the elementary art show and program. All of these events brought with them their own excitement as well as victories.

As we get ready to graduate another large class of 49 students, we can’t help but feel that God is heaping his blessings upon our Academy. We consistently see God’s hand at work in the lives of our students and faculty. Please continue to pray for those in leadership as we seek to make FCA the place students come to grow spiritually, advance academically, and prepare to impact the world for Christ. Dear FCA Families,Since moving to our new location, Noah’s Ark has seen great growth. The new facilities offer eight larger and brighter preschool classrooms, a larger nursery, a separate crawler room, and a young toddler room. They are also equipped with a padded-floor gym, a lunchroom with a beautiful full kitchen, and a brand new playground for the children to enjoy. One of the big additions to Noah’s Ark has been a full-day kindergarten class. Parents have been very impressed with the size and beauty of the building as well as the qualified staff, which has led to a 40 percent increase in the student body.
