Based on human needs you have some values of what you would want to be like. Through learning you can actually make the values part of your identity.
You can reflect on the outcome of the things you did and what you learn.
You do new things and you learn by doing.

Action steps
1. Organization of key training for OCPs (OCPM), including
session about coaching of OCs and self-reflection in agenda,
supply them with OC coaching guide (3 meetings), PDP template,
appraisal template;
2. Find coaches for each OCP (alumni, experienced
aiesecer), supply them with coaching guide (3 meetings), PDP
template;
3. Tracking of 1st coach meeting execution(OCPs, coaches);
4. Organization of advanced training (collecting positions that
now available in LC (responsibilities, benefits, skills required and
will develop) and necessary education for OCs and OCPs);
5. Tracking of 2nd
coach meeting execution(OCPs, coaches);
6. According to the OC, OCPs decision about their future in
@ prepare them for local LEAD or for the internship (give
contacts to OGX responsible);
7. Supply coaches with appraisal results;
8. Tracking of 3d coach meeting execution(OCPs, coaches);
9. Attach appraisal results of each OC and OCP to CRM.
