Modular Drupal-based content management system -  open source (Open Atrium) -  thousands ready-made modules -  requires some tailored construction -  administration mainly without specific software expertise

Resources -  inhouse workforce: 0.5 -  students involved as learning on-the-job and doing their final project -  external specialist putting up the service -  external help 1 day/month

Schedule -  planning Sept – Oct 2010 -  opening Dec 2010 – Jan 2011 -  piloting spring 2011, broader use term 2011–12
