Totex and Outcomes have helped to remove barriers to companies innovating to deliver better, more efficient solutions, to the benefit of customers:

OUTCOMES Reduced reliance on specified, pre-determined output/solution – outcomes provide more freedom to innovate in delivering better service at a lower cost.

Enables insight from customers to be better reflected in plans, and for service delivery to evolve along with developments in our understanding of customer preferences.

TOTEX Removes focus on specific capital solutions – change in language has challenged the sector to shift focus onto performance, and how this can be delivered/improved at the lowest cost.

Totex and Outcomes don’t enable innovation - they remove potential barriers and provide behavioural cues, which help companies more fully to unlock the benefits of innovation to deliver better service at a lower cost

C. ALL SCALES AND ALL BUSINESS AREASWATER EFFICIENCY – PROVIDING CUSTOMERS WITH DATA

We’re working with Advizzo to trial new Home Usage Reports for 100,000 metered customers.

Online reports will present customers with user friendly, timely information on their water consumption to empower them to manage their bills through improved water efficiency. This service is integrated within our digital channels, encompassing our My Account customer portal. Research with customers in developing those channels highlighted their desire for more personalised information to give them better control over their bill.
