Ideas’ management – Overall Process
Lifecycle of ideas
||
How to hand in ideas Everyone working at ETH
Library is invited to hand in his/her work-related ideas during the year.
There are no rules to be followed like explaining the aim, benefits, how to reach the goal or anything similar.
The entry is visible to all staff and not anonymous.
Decisions of the management are given in written and explained in person if need be.
Voting by end of year All staff members are invited to
vote on the ideas entered into the ideas’ pool at the end of the year.
All ideas – also the rejected ones ore not yet approved ones – are open for voting.
The nomination takes place at the corporate event in Dec.
The first, second and third winners receive a prize.
