Point Three: Improvement at HEEM
www.hee.nhs.uk
InspireThere is no shortage of great ideas in the NHS but we need to improve the way we test them, evaluate them and then share them. Education plays a central role in this and is our focus.
www.hee.nhs.uk
EnableToo many innovations stay in one team or organisation and are not made available for everyone to benefit. Developing partnerships across sectors, professions and organisations to enable sharing is a key part of what we do.
www.hee.nhs.uk
AccelerateWe work in a coordinating role with staff, universities, local authorities and other partners to ensure that the benefits of research and innovation in education are rapidly translated through education into benefits for patients.
www.hee.nhs.uk
ShareWe are working towards making innovation everyone’s business. In order to achieve this we want to adopt a culture which welcomes change and creativity in the way we work. We want to work towards strengthening our relationships with our stakeholders and drive towards a culture of sharing good practice.
