Sets Creation• Various types of sets can be created.
• Nodes – Nodes are grouped as a set.
• Shell Elem – Shell elements are grouped as a set.• Solid Elem Face – The shell elements from the selected solid elements are
grouped as a set. • Solid Elem – Selected Solid elements are grouped
as a set.
• RBE – Rigid Bar Elements are grouped as a set.

Sets Creation
• Membrane Layer – This option is used to create membrane element sets for Abaqus. These sets can be created from volume mesh bodies.
• Nastran/Optistruct ASET – This option is used to create Nastran/OptiStruct ASET / ASET1.

Sets Creation
• Node / Shell element / Solid element sets can be created from contact pairs. Contact
pairs between the selected Master and Slave bodies within the specified tolerance will
be found out and sets will be created.
• Sets can be transferred from source to destination body based on CAD ID (or)
Persistent ID.

Export
• This dialog allows to export the model to relevant solver for analysis. • Solvers can be spawned directly from SimLab and
the analysis results are loaded into SimLab.• Output requests can be specified.• Node and Elements Ids can be written either
in ascending or descending order.
