Geography can present a myriad of other issues. Nuances of conversation are lost.
Misunderstandings occur more quickly over distances. Conflict can escalate more quickly when you
are not face to face. Easy to damage relationships. (like that time when you Hit Reply To All when
you should have hit Delete?). And by not seeing someone on a daily basis, it takes a longer period
of time to rebuild broken trust.
