This versatile product can be moulded formultiple production, sprayed onto mostsubstrates and is a universal material forfilm set builders. It is fire resistant, impactresistant and does not require specialistfabricator training or expensiveconstruction equipment.

Master Works TM M1 provides a fire-resistant coating for EPS and styrofoam.

MASTER WORKS TM M1Master Works TM M1 is a water basedresinous material that can be faced withepoxy (gelcoat) for use as tooling foradvanced composites such as epoxycarbon pre-pregs and resin infusion. It issuitable for all resin systems.

The epoxy facing delivers highchemical tolerance and temperatureresistance without the cost of epoxythroughout the tool. Master Works TMM1 is water based and fire-resistant.

MASTER WORKS TM M2Master Works TM M2 is a low toxicity,acrylic mineral composition, formulatedas a milling media for the manufactureof patterns (plugs) and designed to becompatible with existing Master WorksTM spray equipment.

When applied over rough milled EPS orother substrates to provide a variablethickness surface coating, MasterWorks TM M2 can be machined to ahigh quality surface that offers excellentedge definition and will not evolve dustor vapours during the machiningprocess.

Master Works TM M2 has a specificgravity of 1kg/L (62lb per cu. ft.)

Master Works TM M1 setting time canbe controlled with Master Works TMControl Additives and can be colouredusing Master Works TM M Series waterbased pigmentation.
