September is upon us, the ambi-
ance, the warm weather, where
else do we want to be. So come
to the club to sun seeker, bird
watch, watch water sports or just
to relax. PYC is the place.
We have several cruise in’s
schedule in the next few months.
Starting with Sausalito Yacht Club. Sacramento
Yacht Club will join us on the Labor Day weekend.
Our general meeting this year falls on the Labor Day
weekend, so we have moved the general meeting to
the following Friday, September 9th. Nancy Walker
and Leland Fishman, say Chili Cook off ! It is time to
make your favorite Chili or corn bread and bring it to
the general meeting.
Thank everyone who responded to the Club Rules
Survey. Thank you for your comments, your board
continues to listen. We had 67 responses out 154
members. Each member was allowed one vote.
That meant if you and your spouse or significant other
are members, then each of you could vote. Several
members thought the vote was per household. As-
suming we may be able to use the Random sampling
method, the fact still is there was a misunderstanding
and this can bias the conclusions, it was decided we
need more discussion with the committee until next
month.
FLAG OFFICER’S REPORTS
What we discussed at the Board meeting.
Club Rules Survey- 67 responses came in from

Our building is 29 years old, approaching 30.
Our member volunteers work hours and
spend money out of their pocket to maintain
our building. This is the premise on why we
are sensative to a rental or club usage re-
quest.
Building committee repaired several items at the
club this month. A new exhust fan to be in-
stalled in the kitchen.
Delta Cruise process to be defined and put on the
Annual Club Calendar as an action item.
Secretary Anne Gealta had to step down, still
will be membership.
If you are interesting in secretary, newsletter or any
other committee now is the time to step up.
We continue our fun
with Anchors Aweigh
for a Good Time!
See you at the Club,
Cheers!

However, in his place:

Dean Martin who was abducted Memorial Day weekend has found his way back to us!! The Riviera Hotel imploded yesterday, so he instantly became homeless and cut off from his favorite beverages!! Kathy & Jack Stern found him incoherent at the Sierra Point Yacht Club and now he is couch surfing at Gail’s home in Petaluma. Gail can't tell what kind of mischief he has gotten into since May, but that luau lei is quite suspicious!!
