Numero uno: Thecontrolled weatherinside the storeincreases the potentialfor sales. 3. Weather relatedissues:A very comfortable environmentmake customers to spend moretime even when they dont have anspecific purpose on buyinganything. I saw the potential todirect customers through aisles. Ihave not paid attention to thisimportant detail to increase sales .The more time a customer spendsinside the store, the more changeshe/she might have to buy more. 4. Customer ServicePrediction produces returningcustomers. In the of the stores Ivisited, I realized that sellers whoapproached their customers withthe intention of helping and notforcing the sale were able toexpedite their sales. I was surprisedto discover how many salespeoplewere not using the same speech tointeract with the customers. Thecustomers keep coming to the storelike butterflies licking pollen fromflowers in a sunny day of spring. 5. Small supermarkets are missing the opportunities to make theircustomers to buy their products. 6. Mix reactions: Customers shopping with family members orfriends produce a fast sale. Customers shopping alone or their own needthe reinforcement of salespeople to close thedeal. Customers can be attached to a product if theyhave the opportunity to play around or testthe product. Stores with an extended warranty were morepopulated. 7. Problems = solutions=opportunities
