Develop the challenge: Stretch example
I WISH “We had more revenue”
Why?: We can do more projects
Why?: Our current projects aren't bringing in enough revenue
Why? They aren't having the impact we expected
Why? NGO’s aren’t responding to them
Why?: They don’t think they are useful

I WISH “We had more revenue”
Is the real challenge how to better meet the needs of NGO’s?
