Page Browser: Page Selector / Page Organizer
Page Selector and Page Organizer options are located within the Page Browser.
• Access the Page Browser by clicking on the Page Browser Icon in the Browser Window.
• Use the thumbnails of the displayed pages to move about the flipchart.
• Click and drag pages to change their order.
• Use the slider to change the size of thumbnails.
• Use the menu in the top corner of a selected page’s thumbnail to access menu options.
Managing Multiple Open Flipcharts
To move between multiple open flipcharts, use the tabs at the top of the Flipchart Window.
Note: If tabs do not show, check the View Menu to be certain they are enabled.
Copy and paste pages between open flipcharts by:
• Using the Page Browser menus to copy/paste.
• Dragging a page from the active flipchart’s Page Browser to the receiving flipchart’s tab.

Tutorial 1: Page Navigation
01. Open the ‘Page Browser’.
02. Click on the first page to select it.
03. Click on the second page to select it, notice how the flipchart page changes.
04. On the second page click on the Popup Menu.
05. Select ‘Insert Page’.
06. Select ‘Blank Page After Current’. The outline of the new page appears in the browser.
07. Click on the ‘Previous Page’ button.
08. Click on the ‘Next Page’ button.

Tutorial 2: Copying Objects From One Page to Another
01. In the ‘Page Browser’ click on ‘Pin Toolbox’.
02. Using the ‘Page Browser’ click on the first page.
03. Click and drag the lion onto the second page.
04. Repeat with the mouse.
05. Click and drag the lion onto the third page.
06. Click and drag the mouse onto the third page.
07. Click on the second page and reposition the images.
08. Click on the third page to display it. We have added a new background, some more text, and repositioned the images.

Tutorial 3: Duplicating and Moving Pages
01. Select the third page and click on the Popup Menu.
02. Select ‘Duplicate’.
03. A copy of the second page has been created. Click on the rope.
04. Click on the ‘Flipchart Bin’ to delete it.
05. Delete the speech bubble for the mouse.
06. Click on the remaining text.
07. Click on the ‘Edit Text’ Marquee Handle. Replace the text with ‘Thank you!’
08. Click on the ‘Reposition Text’ Marquee Handle to move the text.
09. In the ‘Page Browser’ move the slider up to change the size of the thumbnails. Select page two and drag it after the last page, this will now become page four.

Tutorial 4: Adding Page Notes
01. Open the ‘Notes Browser’.
02. Click in the window and type ‘Extract Keywords’.
03. With the text selected click on the ‘Format Toolbar’ button..
04. Change the font size.
05. Change the font color.
06. Click in the ‘Page Notes’ window to see the changes.
07. Open the ‘Page Browser’.
08. Click on the ‘Page Notes’ icon to show the instructions.
