Saoirse Amira Anis’ creative process is inspired by her fascination with interconnectedness and movement in her everyday life, and cultural

heritage. She considers the potential that lies in caring for ourselves and others, and the extent to which this nurtures us personally and politically.

YOU WILL NEED:

Your most favourite music (and headphones!)A buddy to film your performance!

Find your outside space. It could be a beach, a forest, a back garden. Make sure it is a space you LOVE TO BE.

Get your headphones on and start the music.

Close your eyes, count to ten, and start to move!

Ask your buddy to start recording your moves. Try and frame the recording to give equal space to the person and the place.

Start your boogie slow and see where it goes...
