Brad Carter

The 1 Michelin Star & 3AA Rosette Carters

of Moseley Restaurant has an overall

philosophy to be a true expression of

British terroir. Based on the outskirts

of Birmingham, Carters of Moseley has

received many awards and accolades

including being named in the top 100

restaurants in the UK.

Head Chef and Owner, Brad Carter

develops his menus by following the

natural rhythms of the season, with

ingredients being inspired by the

producers who work our British landscape.

As well as the ingredients, Carters of

Moseley follow the same principle with

tableware. British stoneware reflects who

they are and how they want to portray

their food.

Having been introduced to 1265 Degrees

North, a Newcastle based pottery

company, Brad fell in love with the

company – their story, tableware, glazes,

and bespoke options.

Brad contacted Continental Chef Supplies,

exclusive supplier of the 1265 tableware,

to explore their ranges further and what

followed was a range of dishes that reflect

the experience Carters of Moseley want for

their customers.

Reminiscent of the free-falling drapery of tablecloth, the Dress Coat

range creates a seemingly weightless, almost floating effect. The slightly

concave shaped surface offers space for artfully decorated dishes,

sauces will not overspill the edge. Ideal for artistic culinary displays!

Curve is made of strong galvanised steel with a high grade powder coating. The matt

colouring in black or white as well as the design was chosen by Milanese designer,

Itamar Harari. The collection is completely compatible with the Zieher Skyline and

The primary design element of the series “Cuspis” is a glass ball studded with fine spikes.

The filigree cloches with a fitting base made of porcelain are available in three sizes and the

inspiration for their shaping was derived from the nut of the oak tree. The ball-shaped handle is

located at the top of the cloches and allows for an uncomplicated handling of these classy covers.
