Here is a step by step guide to take you through the process of ordering:1 Choose your selected Gift Card from the categories on the left under ‘Gift Cards/e-Codes’

and select the required quantity from the dropdown list and add to your basket.

2 The basket can be viewed at any time by clicking on to the ‘My Basket’ tab at the top right of the page.

3 To pay for items, click the ‘Checkout’ option on the basket page.

4 If this is your first time using the site it will now ask you to register a username and password. If you are returning customer please put in the username and password you previously entered. If you have forgotten your password, please select ‘Forgotten Password?’ which is located under the login panel.

5 The delivery details will automatically be updated with the address you registered, however a different one can be added using the ‘add address’ button.

6 There are three delivery options; Free, Standard and a Special Delivery option should you require signed receipt.

7 Continue through to the checkout by ticking you have read the Terms and Conditions. Follow the instructions which will take you to the payment page where you can enter your Card details via our secure payment gateway.

8 Your order is now complete and will be processed within one working day providing it was placed before 1pm. Please select ‘View orders’ to see each order. Select ‘Receipt’ to see each order detail, this puts your receipt in a PDF document that you are able to download to your computer for your records.

Note: You can easily reload your gift card by selecting the ‘Top-up Gift Card’ at the top links of the page. This will show you a list of gift cards that have been sent from your account, match the serial number on the back of the card to one on the list and select ‘add to cart’. Then follow the order process as normal.

Also most offers are multiple step processes, are complicated and don’t provide support. None of the above can be branded or be tailored specifically for your business. Our card offers can be used in addition to in store retail promotions. Also there is often a poor brand association with these “discount sites”, we would be supporting you in creating your own employee benefits scheme.

Will the offers be compelling to our employees?Inspired Rewards provides market leading discounts and offers from top high-street brands. The brand offers represent around 90% of weekly shopping budgets in which employees will easily be able to save hundreds of pounds each year. We also have fortnightly limited edition offers on top of the standard discounts for additional savings.Our offers and products reflect the demand and tastes of your employees so if you feel there is something missing let us know and we can try and source this for your business. With a responsive design the site can be easily accessed via desktop, tablet or mobile. It is deliberately not overloaded with offers to help the user navigate the site. The site can store gift card numbers so that reloading is easy and the simple search by brand feature allows easy product selection.

What happens if a member of staff leaves our business, can they still access the Inspired Rewards site?We have a current employee verification process available which can be performed on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis. This will ensure that only users who are a current member of employees have access to your Inspired Rewards site. To update your Inspired Rewards site all we need from you is an updated list of employee numbers or business email addresses and we will take care of the rest!
