for something a little larger – say, a canapé
reception for 150 people.
Whatever you need, we’ve got the perfect
space for you, however long you need it.
We’re here to support your business, so we’ll take care of everything. We’ll tailor the room’s layout to suit your event
or, if more planning is required, our experienced event management team are on hand to help you with everything
from invitations to transport. So you can concentrate on what really matters to your business – making sure your
meeting is successful.
You can get as much space as you need, with essential services like catering and event planning included. There’s no need to pay for a permanent meeting room that you don’t regularly
use, just book one of ours on a half-day or daily basis.

The Salon, decorated with thousands of books of real gold
leaf and breathtaking architectural details, is a perfect setting
for dining to remember for up to 70 guests. The Great Hall
provides a wonderful space in which to dance the night away,
whilst the elegant Shell Room is a more relaxed space in which
to take a little time out.
Every room enjoys impressive views across the gardens and
fountains, which not only provide a beautiful backdrop for your
drinks reception in the summer but give your guests a tranquil
setting to explore and enjoy. Spectacularly lit in the evening,
Fetcham Park looks equally as striking by night as it does
during the day.

Please note all prices will be subject to VAT. Cancellations will be accepted up to 7 days before the event at no cost. A 50% cancellation fee applies within 7 days of the event. Full payment is due for cancellations within
48 hours of the event. Time for set-up and breakdown by clients and caterers is to be included in the hire period. Catering must be pre booked at least 48 hours in advance via the Client Services Team.
