Refer to WIRE CHART and locate wires.
WARNING: Do not connect module PURPLE/YELLOW wire (Connector A, Pin 2) nor PINK/YELLOW wire (Connector A, Pin 4).
Connect module RED wire (Connector A, Pin 6) to 12V accessory.
Connect module BLACK wire (Connector A, Pin 7) to ground.
Connect module PURPLE/RED wire (Connec-tor A, Pin 1) to SWI-1 wire.
Connect module BLACK/WHITE wire (Connec-tor A, Pin 5) to SWI-F wire. (Disregard this step if no SWI-F wire is found).
If SWI-2 wire exists, connect module PINK/RED wire (Connector A, Pin 3) to SWI-2 wire.
If another SWI-F wire exists, connect module BLACK/WHITE wire (Connector A, Pin 5) to SWI-F wire.
NOTE: If installing a Kenwood radio, connect module BLUE/YELLOW wire (Connector C, Pin 1) to remote input (radio BLUE/YELLOW wire).
NOTE: If installing an Aftermarket radio, con-nect module 3.5mm (1/8”) audio jack (Connec-tor C, Pin 2, 3 & 4) to auxiliary input.

NOTE: [X], [Y] & [Z] are numerical variables identifi ed in the FUNCTION PAIRING CHART.
Turn key to ON position.
LED will turn solid GREEN.
NOTE: If LED fl ashes GREEN once [1x], the module is already programmed. To repro-gram the module, reset module and repeat programming procedure.
Refer to FUNCTION PAIRING CHART.
Find the number associated to the vehicle make: [X].
Press programming button [X] times.
LED will fl ash [X] times.
EXAMPLE: If the vehicle make number is 3, the programming button must be pressed 3 times and the LED will fl ash 3 times.
Press and hold programming button until LED turns solid RED to register selection.
NOTE: To go back to function 1, press pro-gramming button repeatedly until function 1 is reached.
Wait, LED will fl ash GREEN 1 time.
Refer to FUNCTION PAIRING CHART.
Find the number associated to the radio brand: [Y].
Press programming button [Y] times.
LED will fl ash [Y] times.
Press programming button until LED turns solid RED to register selection.
Refer to FUNCTION PAIRING CHART.

EXAMPLE: If LED fl ashes 3 times, the cor-responding function is 3.
Choose a steering wheel button to pair with its corresponding function.
EXAMPLE: The steering wheel “Volume Up” button must be paired with the “Volume Up” function.
Press and hold that steering wheel button un-til LED turns solid GREEN to pair the function.
NOTE: Press programming button once [1x] to skip a function.
Repeat steps 16 and 17 for every other steering wheel button and its corresponding function.
NOTE: LED will fl ash RED once [1x] for func-tion 10.
NOTE: LED will fl ash RED once [1x] then will fl ash GREEN once [1x] for function 11.
Press and hold programming button until LED turns solid GREEN. LED will remain solid green.
Turn key to OFF position.
Remove key. LED will turn OFF.
Insert key into ignition.
Turn key to ON position. LED will remain OFF.
Function pairing procedure completed.
NOTE: Test every steering wheel button, one by one, to verify aftermarket radio control.

Turn key to OFF position.
Press and hold programming button and turn key to ON position.
Wait, LED will fl ash RED rapidly. (This may take up to 10 seconds.)
Release programming button.
Wait, LED will turn solid GREEN for 2 seconds.
Turn key to OFF position.
Module reset procedure completed.
