1. CarpentryRefer to figure I or 2 for the dimensions applicable toyour appliance, and the space necessary to receive theoven. The oven support surface may be solid plywood orsimilar material, however the surface must be level fromside to side and from front to rear.

2. Electrical RequirementsThis appliance must be supplied with the proper voltageand frequency, and connected to an individual, properlygrounded branch circuit, protected by a circuit breaker orfuse, having amperage as noted on the rating plate (therating plate is located on the side trim.

Observe all governing codes and local ordinances1. A 3-wire or 4-wire single phase 120/240 or 120/208

Volt, 60 Hz AC only electrical supply is required ona separate circuit fused on both sides of the line(time-delay fuse or circuit breaker is recommended).DO NOT fuse neutral. The fuse size must not exceed

the circuit rating of the appliance specified on thenameplate. Only certain cooktop models may beinstalled over certain builtqn electric oven models.

3. Adjusting Oven HeightOven height can be adjusted with 2" (5 cm) wide woodshims when needed to fit into an existing cabinet cutoutopening, when cutout height exceeds 271s/16"(70.6 ¢m)

for the single wall oven or 491/_'' (125.1 cm) for thedouble wall oven (see Figure 1 or 2). Place shims ofappropriate height beneath the oven side rails.

4. Electrical connectionIt is the responsibility and obligation of the consumer tocontact a qualified installer to assure that the electricalinstallation is adequate and is in conformance with theNational Electrical Code ANS!/NFPA No. 70datestedition, or with CSA Standard C22.1, CanadianElectrical Code, Part 1, and local codes and ordinances.

Electrical ground is required on this appliance.

These appliances are equipped with a copper conductorflexible cable. If connection is made to aluminum housewiring, use only special connectors which are approvedforjoining copper and aluminum wires in accordancewith National Electrical Code and local codes andordinances.

These appliances are manufactured with a white neutralpower supply wire and a frame connected green or barecopper grounding wire.

5. Cabinet Installation

[__The wall oven can tip when the door isopen. The mounting brackets supp!ied with thewall oven must be attached to the cabinet and theappliance to prevent tipping of the wall oven andinjury to persons.

on the oven side panel. Find the 2 mounting bracketsand screws included in the literature package.

To pull out tile oven for servicing you must use the twotools supplied with tile oven. Insert one tool into hole ineach side of oven frame. Holes are visible when door isopened. After inserting tools pull the oven towards you(see Figure 7).

6. Leveling the Wail Oven1. Install an oven rack in the center of the upper oven

(see Figure 11).2. Place a level on the ra(k. Take 2 readings with the

level placed diagonally in one direction and then theother. Use wood shims under the wall oven to level

if necessary.3. Repeat in the lower oven if you have a double cavity

wall oven. If the level indicates that tile ra(k is not

level, use wood shims to reach a compromise forboth ovens.

7. Checking OperationYour model is equipped with an Electronic OvenControl Each of tile functions has been factory checkedbefore shipping. However, it is suggested that you verifytile operation of tile electronic oven controls once more.Refer to the Use and Care Guide for operation.

Verify the operation of the electronic oven controls:Bake - Verify that this function makes the oven hot.20 seconds after turning oven on, open the door andyou should feel heat coming from tile oven.

Broil - When the oven is set to BROIL, the upperelement in the oven should become red.

Convection (some models )-When the oven is setfor a (onvection baking or roasting, both elementscycle on and off alternately and the convection fanwill run. The convection fan will stop running whenthe oven door is opened.

Model and Serial Number LocationThe serial plate is Io(ated along the interior side trim ofthe oven and visible when tile door is opened.

When ordering parts for or making inquires about your

oven, always be sure to include the model and serial

numbers and a lot number or letter flora the serial plate

on your oven.

• Nunca use su homo de pared para calentar una

Ajuste de la altura del hornoLa altura del horno se puede ajustar con (:uhas de maderade 2" (5 cm) de ancho, donde sea necesario, para quequepa en un gabinete o abertura existente, cuando laaltura del torte es superior a 2713/16" (70,6 cm) en elcaso del homo 0nico de pared o 491/4" (125.1 cm) en elcaso del homo doble de pared (vet la Figura 1 6 2). Colocarlas cu¢iasde altura apropiada debajo de los rieles lateralesdel horno.

Este electrodomestico viene equipado con un cable deconexi6n de cobre. Si esto tuviera que conectarse a loscables de aluminio de una casa, use solamente los

Si el horno se usa en una instalaci6n de circuito deramal nuevo (1996 NEC), en una casa rodante, en unvehiculo para recreaci6n o si los c6digos locales NOpermiten la conexi6n a tierra a trav6s del cableneutral (blanco) (ver figura 4):

1. Desconecte el suministro electrico

2. Separe el alambre verde (o (obre desnudo) y elalambre blanco del electrodom6stico.

3. En el interruptor automatico, caja de fusibles o caia dejuntas:conectar el aparato y los cables residenciales

3.1nsertar el homo en la abertura del gabinete. Deslizar elhorno hacia dentro deiando IY2" (3,8 cm) de espaciolibre entre el horno y la parte delantera del gabinete (verla Figura 6). Empujar el cable blindado a trav6s delorificio del gabinete y hacia la caia de paso mientras sedesliza el accesorio hacia adentro.

4. Empujar el homo hacia adentro yen contra del gabinete;la mensula lateral del homo enganchara en los soportesde montaje instalados en el lado del gabinete.

Para extraer el homo en caso de reparaci6n, usar las dosherramientas provistas con el horno. Insertar unaherramienta en el orificio a cada costado del marco del

homo. Los orificios se pueden vet cuando la puerta estaabierta. Despues de insertar las herramientas, extraer elhomo hacia fuera (vet la Figura 7).

6. Asegurese de que el horno depared esta a nivel

1. Instale una rejilla al centro del horno superior (yea laFigura I 0).

2. Ponga un nivel por encima de la rejilla. Lea2 veces, unavez con el nivel a la posici6n de lado a lado, y otra vezde atras hacia adelante. Utilice trozo de madera o cu-tlas por debajo del horno de pared para nivelar, si seanec:esario.

3. Vuelve a empezar en el homo inferior. Si el nivel mues-tra que la rejilla no esta a nivel, utilice trozo de maderao cufias para componer ambos hornos.

7. Verificaci6n del funcionamiento

Su modelo esta equipado con un Control Electr6nico deHomo. Cada una de las funciones ha sido controlada enfabrica antes del despacho. Sin embargo, le sugerimosverificar el funcionamiento de los controles electr6nicosuna vez mas. Consulte la Guia de Uso y Cuidado paraver el funcionamiento del horno.

1. Extraer todos los elementos de la parte interior delhorno.

Encender el homo (Consular la Guia de Uso y Cuidado.)

Verificar el funcionamiento de los controles electr6nicosdel homo:Hornear - Verificar que esta funci6n caliente el homo.Veinte minutos despu6s de encender el homo, abrir lapuerta y ver si se siente que el calor emana desde suinterior.

Asar- Cuando se pone el horno para asar, elelemento de arriba del horno debe de ponerse roio.

Convecci6n (algunos mode!os}- Cuando se configurael homo para horneado o asado pot conve((ion, los doselementos se endenden y apagan en forma alterna y seenciende el ventilador. Elventilador de convectiondeiara de funcionar cuando se abre la puerta del homodurante el horneado o asado por convecciOn.

Ubicaci6n del numero de modelo y de serieLa plata con el n0mero de serie esta ubicada en laguarnici6n interior lateral del homo y se puede ver cuandose abre la puerta.

Cuando haga pedidos de repuestos o solicite informa(:ioncon respecto a su horno, est6 siempre seguro de incluirel nL_mero de modelo y de serie y el n0mero o letra delIote de la plata de serie de su horno.
