Step 1 - Preperat ion & Set Out
Set out using a template or the Future-Tech panels making sure that the layout is in accordance with the relevant standard. Tactile ground surface indicators must be installed to meet the AS/NZ 1428.4 2009 standards (Fig. 1-3).
Step 2 - Locate & Dr i l l
Using the template or the panels drill through the hole locations into the substrate with a 6mm Masonary drill bit or 6mm blind core drill bit, if required. For tile installation (Fig. 3-4).
Step 3 - Clean Substrate
Remove the template or panels. Using a vacuum cleaner, brush or broom thoroughly to remove all dust from the area (Fig. 5).

Step 4 - Apply ing the Adhesive
Make sure the bottom of the panels are clean and dust free. Apply TSA MS Polymer construction adhesive to the perimeter and through the middle of each panel (Fig. 6).
Step 5 - Fix ing Insta l lat ion
Carefully reposition the Future-Tech panels making sure the holes line up and the they are still within the standard. Using the TSA hammer fixings that have been supplied, fix the panels to the substrate (Fig. 7-8). Clean off any excess adhesive and dust. While the adhesive requires 8 hours to fully cure, the Future-Tech panels have been mechanically fixed in place which allow foot traffic immediately after installation if required.
