IS-RUG2200-050508 MAKE SURE YOUR RIFLE CHAMBER IS EMPTY AND MAGAZINE HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE ACTION. 1. See Ruger® owner’s manual for disassembly instructions. 2. See exploded view on opposite side for part description, screw size, and item number (#x). 3. This stock will adapt to the Mini Thirty® rifle action with slight mag well modification. See page 3 for more details. 4. Rail inserts can easily be snapped into molded pockets on stock body and top cover without any disassembly. 5. Install 7” Picatinny “See Through Rail” on Top Cover: a. Remove top cover (#12) by removing one #6 screw (#14) (Keep for reassembly). b. Place 7” see through rail (#13) into pockets on top of cover, insert four #6-32 x 5/16 screws (#38) through rail, and place four #6-32 nuts (#5) into pockets located inside cover. (Position as shown.) Picture #1 6. Install 2” Picatinny Rails in Stock Body: a. If placing a rail on bottom of stock body (#1), remove metal insert (#7) by removing two #6-32 x 1/4 screws (#8). (Keep for reassembly.) b. If installing the sling swivel stud (#9) (standard machine screw) into picatinny rail (#11), mount sling swivel stud onto picatinny rail using a #10- 32 nut (#10) before installing onto stock body. c. Place picatinny rail (into molded cavity, insert two #6-32 x 3/8 screws (#4) and place two #6-32 nuts (# 5) in the molded pockets located inside the stock body. d. After all rails are mounted, reinstall metal insert using two original #6 screws (#8). 7. Install Sling Swivel Studs onto Side of Stock Body: a. Congratulations on purchasing one of Advanced Technology, Int.’s STRIKEFORCE components. There are several combinations and additional components available. Check with your local retailer for more new, exciting accessories.

MAKE SURE YOUR RIFLE CHAMBER IS EMPTY AND MAGAZINE HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE ACTION.

1. See Ruger® owner’s manual for disassembly instructions.

2. See exploded view on opposite side for part description, screw size, and item number (#x).

3. This stock will adapt to the Mini Thirty® rifle action with slight mag well modification. See page 3 for more details.

4. Rail inserts can easily be snapped into molded pockets on stock body and top cover without any disassembly.

5. Install 7” Picatinny “See Through Rail” on Top Cover:a. Remove top cover (#12) by

c. Place picatinny rail (into molded cavity, insert two #6-32 x 3/8 screws (#4) and place two #6-32 nuts (# 5) in the molded pockets located inside the stock body.

d. After all rails are mounted, reinstall metal insert using two original #6 screws (#8).

7. Install Sling Swivel Studs onto Side of Stock Body:a. Place one #10 -32 nut (#10) into pocket on

either side (your choice). Picture #2b. Two #10-32 nuts (#10) have been installed

at the rear of the stock body (#1). Picture #8c. Insert sling swivel studs (#9) into front and

To Fold the Strikeforce Stock1. Push down on Cap Pin (#18) and rotate Buttstock to left hand side and locked position.

To Adjust Buttstock Position 1. Pull up on latch lever (#37) and slide buttstock to new position. Picture #5To Install and Adjust Cheekrest 1. If cheekrest (#31) not required, remove cheekrest

mounts, left and right hand (#28 and #29). 2. If cheekrest required, remove four provided #6-32 x 3/8

screws (#4) from screw kit. 3. Place cheekrest (#31) on buttstock (#26) to desired

Mini Thirty® Stock Alterations(See Picture #1 For Final Installation)

1. Remove rifle, trigger group, and magazine from

stock before starting this process

Easy Alteration Process Using File or Dremel Tool:2. During this process, use the magazine to confirm

proper opening for magazine.3. Magazine well must be increased by .040 per side

for 1/3 the length of magazine to allow clearance for Mini-30 magazine. Use magazine to determine clearance. Pictures #2 and #3

DO NOT REMOVE MORE NYLON THAN REQUIRED DURING ALTERATION.

4. Layout lines on bottom of stock using pencil as shown in Picture #4.

5. Use Dremel tool with mill style cutter or grinding wheel to remove nylon to increase the stock opening for distances as shown in picture.

(Use low RPM setting to prevent nylon from over heating)6. Vernier caliper can be used to check distance or use magazine to confirm

magazine clearance during process. Picture #57. Areas between 7/16” and 1.0” must be .970 at top and down 1/4 to clear

top of plastic magazine cover. Distance below 1/4” must be .935 for magazine body clearance. Picture #5

8. Do not remove more nylon than required to freely install and release the magazine. Check frequently during the grinding process for magazine clearance.

9. File can be used to smooth up the interior surfaces.10. Total time to complete this process using the Dremel tool is 15 minutes.
