All integral parts of theMEGA-PRO Swinging Door
are replaceable.
If the bottom edges of
the panels are touch-
ing the floor, you will
need to cut off some
of the PVC, so the
panels hang straight
and create a good
seal. First, mark the
panel approximately
1/ 2” above the floor.

WELDING
BOLTING
After marking all 6 mounting holes
on the wall and door jamb, remove
the bracket and drill a 1/4” hole at
the center of each mark. Next, use
a 5/16” tap to create threads in each
hole.
Reposition the bracket and attach
with 5/16” hex head bolts. Secure
the bracket by firmly tightening all
6 bolts. Repeat these instructions
to attach the other bracket.
If you are attaching the bracket
by welding, make sure that all
metal surfaces are clean from
paint, grease and oil. Weld the
bracket to both the wall and door
jamb. Repeat these instructions
to attach the other bracket.
