Problem SolutionPlunger is not holding water. - Check that the strainer flange is level.

- Check the setscrew adjustment.- Check the O-ring around the plunger.

Leaks appear between strainer and bath. - Check that the sealant is applied completely.- Check that the strainer flange is level with the bath surface.- Check tightness of drain screw.

Water closes plunger when draining. - Adjust plunger to maximum opening of 1/2”.- Secure the cable to the overflow pipe.- Wrong size drain. Cable is too long - exchange.

Handle does not rotate the full 1/8 turn. - Check cable to make sure it is installed freely.- Check cable to see if it appears to be the correct length. - The cable should not have a lot of extra length. - The cable should not appear to be too tight.

Water flow is restricted or of poor quality. - Check outside of screen assembly for any obstructions.- Remove the screen assembly. Clean the screen assembly if

required. Run water through the unit. Reinstall the screen assembly.

Water leaks from aruond the cover when filling the bath.

- Tighten the screw that holds the screen assembly housing.- Remove the housing and check the seal for any damage. Reinstall

the housing.
