INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONSOF GUTTER SYSTEM

For bending long gutter brackets, use a proper tool, a so-called bender, which is available in our offer.

Cut a gutter to its desired length using a metal saw, taking into account the necessary overlaps for gutter fittings. You shall lay out positions of the fittings and corners. Gutters are delivered in lengths of 4 m and 3 m.

Before fitting the gutter outlet, cut in the gutter opening, through which the water will flow into the downpipe. Install the gutter outlet by inserting the rear edge of the outlet on the back of the gutter, then rotate the outlet to the front and place the outlet against the gutter edge.

To connect sections of earlier prepared gutters, use a gutter joint. The distance of the gutter bracket from the outer edge of the joint can not be greater than 15 cm.

To connect sections of earlier prepared gutters, use a gutter joint. The distance of the gutter bracket from the outer edge of the joint can not be greater than 15 cm.

Install corners by inserting the rear gutter edge inside a corner and rotate the corner forward, until these two elements are locked.

Install right and left gutter ends on the gutter. Place the rear edge of the end on the the rear gutter edge, rotate the end forward and place on the front gutter edge until it is locked.

Start the installation of the gutter by inserting the front gutter edge inside the front of the gutter bracket edge, then rotate the gutter back until it locks against its rear edge.

Mark the location of a downpipe opening on the gutter.

Start the installation of gutter brackets from proper positioning the gutter outlet. Then, position gutter brackets on both sides of the outlet. Recommended gutter slope towards the outlet shall be 2.5-3 mm/m as a minimum. PVC gutter brackets and metal short mount directly to the fascia board. On the other hand, PVC gutter brackets with an extension and long metal gutter brackets shall be mounted to the roof surface. The maximum distance between the gutter brackets should not exceed 60-70 cm.

Downpipes are delivered in lengths of 4 m and 3 m. Downpipes are connected using a pipe joint. Leave approx. 10 mm of clearance in the joint socket for thermal expansion.

If for technical reasons, a downpipe can not be mounted directly under its outlet pipe, use two bends connected with a downpipe section.

Install a downpipe bracket below the joint socket. Brackets should be positioned at a distance of no more than 2-2.5 m apart, fixing them to the outer facade of the building. Install a bend or cleaning tray on the end of the outlet pipe.
