Depending on the schemes, various services are available. The fee is dependent upon scheme opted. 3. To be eligible to become an SM one need to be minimum 12 pass. The prospect should hold a bank account with net banking facility. Prospect should be able to furnish proof of identity/address. Prospect should have a decent laptop/Desktop, with good internet speed.
