Thank you for purchasing our product.

With the Instant Tire Repair system you can continue on your journey even after

experiencing a flat tire. The compressor and sealant effectively seals most typical tire

punctures up to 6 mm. You can drive up to 300 KM/180 Miles at a maximum speed of

80 KMH/50 MPH on a sealed tire to get you to the nearest service station.

Some punctures or flat tires CANNOT be repaired as the damage may be too severe.

Sidewall punctures or tears CANNOT be repaired.

You can also use the product for all of your everyday inflation needs. With the supplied

adaptors, you can inflate easily and quickly your inflatables, sporting goods,

bicycle tires, and more!

Please read and understand the instructions before storing the product in your trunk.

NOTES:– Park your car at the side of the road when

using the Instant Tire Repair so as not toimpede the flow of traffic and so you can usethe product without being in danger.Keep your vehicles’ lights on or use a warningtriangle to make others around your awareyour presence.

– Do not remove any foreign objects(nails/screws/debree) that may have got stuckin the tire.

– Leave the engine running as the compressormay drain the battery. Do not run your vehicle’s engine INDOORS.

– Never leave the product unattendedwhile in use.

– Use ONLY Active Products replacementTire Sealant.

– Do not use the Active Products Tire Sealant after it’s expiry date. Replace with a new Active Products Tire Sealant.

INTRODUCTION

CAUTION

Do not use the tire repair kit if the tire wasseverely damaged (for example, if the tirehas bulges, cuts, cracks or similar defects).Only seal punctured areas located wellwithin the tread region of the tire. Damageto the sidewall cannot be repaired.

CAUTION

During the pumping operation do not standnext to the damaged tire. Check the sidewallof the tire for unusual bulges or deformation.Discontinue the pumping operation anddeflate the tire by pressing the deflating button. If any unusual behaviour of the tire is noticed discontinue use immediately.

WARNING

If the engine is left running in a badly ventilated area, or in an unventilated location (for example, inside a building)there is a danger of suffocation!

With the Instant Tire Repair Kit you stay mobileeven after experiencing a tire puncture. The com-bination of air compressor and sealing com-pound effectively seals typical punctures in thetire up to a size of approximately 6 mm. You candrive on to a car repair shop (up to 300 km) at amaximum speed of 80 km/h. The integrated lampand the illuminated pressure gauge allow forconvenient use even in adverse conditions.

It is possible that some tires sustaining greaterdamage cannot be sealed. Use with caution.

This instruction manual shows you step-by-stephow to repair the puncture using the product. Read the section “What To Do When A Tire Is Punctured” and save this manual together with the tire repair kit in the pouch.

on the product.– Use the product only between -30˚C and +70˚C.– Park your car at the side of the road so that it

does not impede the free flow of traffic, and sothat you can work with the Instant Tire RepairKit without being in danger. Put up a warningtriangle in a prominent place to make otherroad users aware of your location, or keepyour hazard lights on.

– Do not use the product under the following conditions: • Cuts or piercings in the tire larger than 6mm.• Tire damage caused by driving with

considerably reduced pressure or deflated tires.

• A damaged rim.Do not continue your journey the product cannot be used in such situations. Call for assistance immediately.

– Do not remove any foreign objects – such asnails or screws – that are stuck in the tire.

– Provided the car is outdoors, leave the enginerunning. Otherwise operating the compressorfor a long time could drain the car battery.

– Do not bend the hoses.– Never leave the Tire Repair Kit unattended

while it is being used.– Do not leave the compressor running for

more than 10 minutes at a time. There is a risk of overheating.

WHAT TO DO WHEN A TIRE IS PUNCTUREDThe puncture is repaired in two stages. First, youpump the sealing compound and air into the tire,and drive a short distance to spread the com-pound in the tire. Afterwards, you check the infla-tion pressure and, if necessary, pump more airinto the tire. Continue your journey safely for upto 300 km, at a speed no more than 80 km/hr.

STEP 1Remove the product from its pouch. Make surethe yellow switch is in the “OFF” (O) position.Connect the 12-volt cord (A) to your vehicle’s12-volt receptacle (also known as the cigarettelighter receptacle). Make sure your vehicle isrunning (outdoors) so as not to drain the battery.

Make sure your vehicle’s hazard lights are on.

Peel off the sticker and affix it to the instrumentpanel or steering wheel in the driver’s field ofview. This is to remind the driver of the 80 KMH/50 MPH speed limit as well as to get the tirechecked as soon as possible.

STEP 3Connect the RED product’s Sealant Hose nozzle(red) to flat tire’s valve stem. Secure by screwingnozzle tightly clockwise onto Valve stem. Slighthissing may occur until nozzle is fully tightenedonto tire’s valve stem. Double-check that bothconnections are secure and tight.

Remove the Valve Cap to reveal sealant nozzle.

Connect the Air Compressor Hose (black) to the nozzle. Secure tightly by threading nozzle clockwise until completely secure.

STEP 4Turn the product to “ON” position (I). Pressure will spike and gradually decrease. Time will varydepending on size of tire and ambient temperature.

After a few minutes, monitor gauge until desiredtire pressure is reached. Please follow car manu-facturer’s recommended tire pressure which canbe found in the car’s owner’s manual.Inflate 5 PSIover the vehicle manufacturer’s recommendedtire pressure to account for escaped air duringthe sealing process. Otherwise, make sure thegauge has stabilized within the YELLOW shadedzone of the gauge. Turn off compressor to get anaccurate tire pressure reading.

Make sure the pressure of the tire has reached atleast the YELLOW shaded zone. If the YELLOWshaded zone is not reachable, the tire may be tooseverely damaged and you should not continueto drive on it. Contact a vehicle repair shop orservice network for further assistance.

CAUTION

When the Tire Sealant is being pumpedthrough the tire, the pressure gauge will show a reading of over 60 – 70 PSI.This is normal. It will drop once all the Tire Sealant has been pumped through.

CAUTION

Some Sealant MAY leak out through theTire’s puncture. THIS IS NORMAL.

STEP 5Once desired Tire Pressure has been reached,turn the product to “OFF” position (O).

Unplug and replace 12-volt cord. Remove aircompressor hose and store in compartment.Remove RED Sealant Hose and connect to

After at least 3 KM/2 Miles, check the pressure ofthe Sealed Tire as soon as possible to ensurethat proper sealing has taken place and pressurehas stabilized. If more air is required, then followinstructions in the next section for inflating yourtire without the sealant function.

If the tire pressure falls below 20 PSI, then donot continue to drive. Contact a vehicle repairshop or service network for further assistance.

CAUTION

Drive away immediately to ensure propersealing. Do not exceed 80 KMH or 50 MPH.

CAUTION

Each tire and vehicle model and make hasrecommended tire pressures. Generally,this figure can be located either on the car’sdoorsill, or, in the service manual of yourvehicle. NEVER inflate beyond the tire manufacturer’s recommended maximumtire pressure.

CAUTION

Tire pressure readings should always betaken when tires are cold. Hot tires, or tires that have been driven on, will giveinaccurate readings. Try to read pressurebefore you drive too far, or, after you have let the car sit for at least an hour.

AIR-ONLY OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

How do you use the product to maintain proper tire inflation?Proper tire inflation is crucial to your car’s per-formance. Proper tire inflation can increase fueleconomy by 30% and increase tire life by 50%. Italso affects how your car handles, rides and feelson the road.

How do you use the product to inflate sporting equipment such as basketballs, footballs, etc.?The product comes with several needle adaptors,making it a great tool for inflating balls.

1. Remove the product from its pouch. Make surethe yellow switch is in the “OFF” (O) position.Connect the 12-volt cord (H) to your vehicle’s12-volt receptacle (also known as the cigarette lighter receptacle). Make sure yourvehicle is running (outdoors) so as not todrain the battery.

2. Use correct Adaptor by screwing adaptor(located on the back of the product unit) ontothe product Air Nozzle.

3. Moisten needle and insert into ball. Turn on unit and inflate until ball reachesdesired firmness.

DEFLATE BUTTON

You can quickly and easily deflate your tire by securing the air compressor hose to your tire’s valve and depressing thedeflate button.

You should make it a habit to check your tire pres-sures once every two weeks.

1. Remove the product from its pouch. Make surethe yellow switch is in the “OFF” (O) position.Connect the 12-volt cord (H) to your vehicle’s 12-volt receptacle (also known asthe cigarette lighter receptacle). Make sureyour vehicle is running (outdoors) so as not to drain the battery.

2. Read Tire Pressure from the the product’s pressure gauge.

3. If tire pressure is lower than recommended,turn the product to the “ON” position until thedesired Tire Pressure is reached.

4. If tire pressure is higher than recommended,press the product’s Deflate button until thedesired Tire Pressure is reached.

How do you use the product to inflate high volume, low pressure inflatables such as rafts, toys, and beds?The product is great for inflating beds, rafts, andtoys when you use the product High VolumeAccelerator, or the other supplied nozzles. TheHigh Volume Accelerator makes inflating highvolume low pressure inflatables up to 3 timesfaster than a regular air compressor.

1. Remove the product from its pouch. Makesure the yellow switch is in the “OFF” (O)position. Connect the 12-volt cord (H) to yourvehicle’s 12-volt receptacle (also known as the cigarette lighter receptacle). Make sure yourvehicle is running (outdoors) so as not todrain the battery.

2. Remove the High Volume Accelerator fromit’s socket (it’s located on the back of theunit. Screw it tightly onto the product’sAir Nozzle.

3. Turn on unit. High Volume/low-pressure airwill come out of the nozzle.

4. Alternatively, use the other supplied nozzlesfor other inflatable applications.

WARRANTY Active Products warrants to the original purchaserthat their the product inflators will be freefrom defects in material and workmanship forone year after date of purchase. This limitedwarranty does not cover conditions resultingfrom normal wear and tear. The limited warrantydoes not apply in the event of misuse or abuseof the products. Active Products reserves theright to substitute products or components ofequal or better quality if identical products orcomponents are not available at the time of repairor replacement under this limited warranty. Thislimited warranty is non-transferable.

This handy accessory increases the air flowby 250%. Ideal for low pressure, high volumeapplications such as mattresses, rafts, etc.

SEALANT BOTTLE REPLACEMENT

Step 1Unwrap the sealent hose (red) from the storage compartment.

Step 2Push in and rotate the empty bottle counter-clockwise until you see the “ ”at the centre of window.

Step 3Slide out the empty bottle from the air compressor.

Step 4Install the new sealant bottle by threading the sealant hose (red) through the housing.

Step 5Align the “ ” with the slot.

Step 6Push in and rotate bottle fully until it stops.
