We cooperate with company Magna on development of a new type of
machine for production of synthetic leather, using technology Slush
Molding. Basic principle of this technology is heating up of a form to
desired temperature and application of a material in a state of powder.
Advantages of the new device:• To heat up the form only infrared emitters are used. This leads to considerable savings in
energy and significantly shorter time of the cycle
• Possibility of local manipulation of temperature. Controlled local changes in thickness
(for example in the area of airbag), not being offered by anyone on the market.
