VISION
ILD aspires to become one of the premier Institutions in promoting and facilitating skill development & training of human resources in the country for the growing needs of the Indian economy and industry
MISSION
ILD with its vision statement shall develop and execute various skill development and training programs for the core and sunrise industrial sector in partnership with the Government Agencies and reputed skill development institutions.

Established in 1992 as Institute of Labour Development (ILD)
Metamorphosed into Institute of Leadership Development in 2008 with the changing economic scenario
Campus of 33 acres at Jaipur
Has been conducting Training Programs in various soft & hard skill development sectors
Established itself as Centre of Eminence in skill development in the areas of Textiles, Solar Energy and Mid-Management Training

UNICEF Sponsored e-Learning Online Leadership Training Course For PEEOs
It is a matter of great pride that the UNICEF sponsored Leadership Development e-Learning program has been designed and developed by ILD for the PanchayatElementary Education Officers (PEEOs) to upgrade the existing education system allover the state.
The e_Learning content of the program has been developed with the support ofUNICEF.
This e_Learning programme has been launched by the Hon’ble Education Minister,Government of Rajasthan as on 13th September 2019 on ‘SHALADARPAN Portal’.
The PEEOs will now be able to access the Leadership Development Program on-lineand undergo the program and on successful completion of the course, the participantwill get a Certificate.
UNICEF appreciated the ILD for its Quality Infrastructure and Resources support.
Quality Power from 70 KW Ground Mounted Solar PV Plant at ILD
A 70 KW Ground Mounted Solar PV Plant has been installed & commissioned in
Institute of Leadership Development, Jamdoli, Jaipur.
The same was inaugurated by Dr E. Sankara Rao, Chairman, Board of Governors,
ILD on 02 Sept 2019.
The Plant is expected to generate and supply to Grid 90,000 to 95,000 units of
electricity per annum, resulting a saving of approx. Rs.8.00 Lakhs annually.
Training of Trainers for Surya Mitra Masters Trainers
A five days ToT program viz ‘Surya Mitra Master Training workshop’ was held in ILDfrom 6th May 2019 to 10th May 2019.
The programme was conducted by Skill Council for Green Jobs (SCGJ).
The training partner of the program was “renac Renawables Energy, Germany”.
There were a total 16 participants in the program.
