Supplier Ethics Expectation
• Intel takes ethics and legal compliance seriously and expects that its employees and suppliers will conduct their business with the utmost integrity and professionalism. Governments worldwide are stepping up enforcement of anti-corruption laws, privacy, information security, intellectual property rights and other compliance laws. Intel has always expected compliance to these laws.
• As part of Intel’s governance process, suppliers are expected to complete the “Supplier Ethical Expectations (SEE – aka Supplier Ethical Expectations) Class” annually.
SEE Class Details
• Complete the “Supplier Ethical Expectations (SEE) Class” before the end of 2017
• The class is open to all supplier employees. At a minimum a senior account representative must complete the class and waterfall the information to business connection points between the supplier and Intel.
• The class is accessed through the Intel® Learning Network (ILN)

• Accessibility to training information – Supplier can access tool any time
• Ability to enroll and manage training– Supplier can designate key personnel to enroll and complete
classes
• Class must be taken in ILN for class credit, including quiz.– PDF versions of the materials are available in Chinese
(simplified), Japanese, Russian, Spanish, and Vietnamese
– Copies are also located (not for class credit) at https://supplier.intel.com/static/ethics/
ILN ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS
Step by Step
If you already have an individual log in for an Intel application, please try using your User ID and Password to access ILN.

3 If you are not sure if you have an individual log in, or have never accessed Intel’s environment, create a user account to access ILN via the Create a new account link.
1 Access the portal at http://learn.intel.comNote, ILN performs best in Chrome or Internet Explorer 11. It does not work in Safari. Firefox works, but may have issues.

Enter a Login ID; this may be the same as your email or an unique identifier.

3 Enter a password and then retype to confirm. You may click the Remember my Login if you have cookies enabled.
1 To create a new account, enter in your work email, e-mail must contain: One at sign (@), a minimum of one dot (.); and, no spaces.
* You can view help tips by clicking the links after each field.
4 Enter in your first and last name.
5 Enter in a security question and answerfor password retrieval.

You are now at your ILN homepage.

1 Your personal information appears with the basic information submitted.
Click the Edit subscription link to add an access code, which will allow you to view all supplier related training available.

1 In the Catalog Search text box, search for Supplier Ethical Expectations, then click the Submit button.
To see course details, click “View Details”.Note:ILN strongly recommends using Google Chrome and Internet Explorer 11 with compatibility mode turned on. Otherwise, it will not display content. After completing the course, you can view your completion via the Status information area of the course.Note: If you took the class in a previous year, ILN may appear to show you as “passed,” however, the requirement is annual, so if you haven’t taken it this year, click “start” and then select the “retake course” button on the course page.
