Instructions on generating PIN NUMBERS for patients

Choose the patient

Choose registration. (If not there then you will need to add it to the menu)

Click Edit Patient

Click Patient Access

Click on Patient Access enabled

Click on Yes

Click OK

PIN NUMBERS generated for patient

If patient forgets their password and wants to reset their PIN NUMBERS

(1st Password)

Go to the Patient Access page

Click on Reset Login PIN

Click Yes

Click OK

PIN NUMBERS generated for patient

If a patient has access to their records and wishes to reset their password for access to their records

(2nd Password)

Delete this box and type in new password (needs to be 8 characters long)
