Instructions on how to login to the Medicat Portal
• Login into MYPORTAL using either of the browser- Internet Explorer or Chrome myportal.morehouse.edu
• Select the Medicat icon

Installing the Centrify Browser Extension
• Click the Install button to install the Centrify Browser Extension. Note: You must be the adminstrator for the computer that you are using to install the browser extension. You will not be able to install the browser extension on a public/ library computer. Also if you are using a work computer the company firewalls may block you from the site. The same instruction applies for mobile devices.
• Click the download button and follow the instructions

• Click the Next button for each of the following prompts below:

Registering and Creating Password
• All incoming freshmen and transfer students must register. Click the Register button to register and create password.
• Complete the blank fields to register and click submit.

• You will received the following confirmation message. Click OK. An email will be sent to your personal email account that you provide to the college on your application. In that email there is a link to create your password.
• Click the link that was provided to you in the email to create password. Password must contain numbers, letters, a special character (such as “@” or “#") must be at least 6 characters.

Login into Medicat
Once you have completed the registration process and created your password, the online Patient Portal services are available to access.
• Please login with your credentials and click the Login button.
• When trying to login to Medicat you have three chances to enter the correct password. You may refer to the instruction below on “How to Reset Password”. After the third try you will get the message that your account is locked. Please contact Medicat support at [email protected] or call 866-633-4053.

How to Reset Password
• Click the login button on the Welcome Page
• Click the Forgot Password button

• Enter the email address that was used to register the account. An email will be sent to that email account with a link to reset password.
