certified school based health center that
serves the entire community, with Central
School District students as its priority.
Central Health & Wellness Center
Care is provided by qualified medical,
dental and behavioral health
professionals focusing on prevention.

• Treatment of illness and injury
• Comprehensive physical exams
• Sports physicals
• Well child checks
• Routine laboratory tests

• Referrals to specialists as needed for services not provided at the center

• Mental Health screenings and assessments
• Mental Health family and individual therapy
• Addiction assessments and screenings
