Quadrants are four perspectives through which we understand the world, the four dimensions of ourselves, our lives and personal experience.

Example: at the moment you can be aware of your feelings, observe your behavior, physical characteristics, you can understand somebody else or share mutual feelings with someone to whom you care and also be networked with various social groups such as family and colleagues at work
