Integrated Corrosion Companies, while a new name has a history spanning for eight decades from its

early beginnings as Brance-Krachy Company. Founded in 1925 to help electrify the oilfields of Texas,

Brance-Krachy Co. became incorporated in 1932 when it began distributing motors and controls. In 1935,

it started manufacturing wind-powered rectifiers and is the longest-standing manufacturer of cathodic

protection in the USA.

In 2015, Brance-Krachy Co. transitioned to a new, more comprehensive entity—Integrated Corrosion

Companies. Our commitment to quality service and products continues while expanding our range

of capabilities from inception to completion of corrosion prevention and protection projects. Our new

corporate identity, the circle, is a symbol of continuity and stability which represents our longevity and the

longevity we can provide to your projects.

In order to provide the best services available, our staff is comprised of professional engineers and sales

people fully trained with the knowledge necessary to get the job done safely and to your satisfaction. With

our engineering staff, technicians and specialists, we are able to confidently provide any and all of these

services to bring your project to life.

Our NACE-certified and technicians engineers design, manufacture and install cathodic protection systems that

focus on extending the life of offshore and marine assets. Focused on the improvement of existing technology, our

engineers strive to provide simplified, straightforward corrosion prevention solutions. With decades of combined

experience, they are able to offer an array of galvanic and impressed current options that set the industry standard

for the multitude of corrosion issues experienced in today’s marine environments.

We have dedicated countless hours in designing proprietary products that offer our

clients the most advanced cathodic protection products for their CP systems that will

result in the reduction of costs where our clients spend the most.

• All systems are designed to save time and, in turn, money on the installation side of our clients projects.

• Where possible we will engineer and design around products that we have designed and produce as a staple offering.

If the project requires something that will not fit our standard products, we

have engineers and staff to produce products that will meet or exceed the

specifications of the client.

We provide turn-key retrofit cathodic protection system installation services.

Additionally, Sentinel provides onsight installation supervision or retrofit system

commissioning, as well as testing and trouble-shooting on existing cathodic

protection systems.

Comprehensive inspection profiles provide owners & operators with an unbiased insight

into the condition of their asset; allowing them to focus remediation efforts where they

are needed the most to ensure employee safety and control repair expenditures.

We have developed an advanced set of risk-based inspection protocols; each

tailored to meet the standards and criteria set forth by the client.

• Each member of our inspection team is a NACE-certified corrosion technician with many years of offshore experience.

• Each inspector is NACE CP level-2 certified, and has completed the NACE OCAT, PEC SafeGulf/Land and multitude of industry or site specific training.

galvanic systems

custom solutions

m at e r i a l s

We produce galvanic systems using both standard products and custom

products depending on the needs of the clients. A typical galvanic system will

consist of four — anode skid, designed in various configurations depending on

what our engineers calculate to give the most output to protect the asset better

and longer. We have the experience and capabilities to make skids as big and

as unique as necessary to give our clients what is truly wanted and needed for

their asset protection.

Galvanic anodes must be electrically continuous with the structure to be protected. We produce a range of adjustable clamps and Weldon standoffs.

• A-Pod —The A-Pod is a galvanic CP assembly comprised of four straight core platform anodes welded onto a rigid base that can be quickly deployed subsea by divers or ROV to protect marine structures and subsea assets.

• A-String—The A-String is a galvanic CP assembly comprised of in-sync anodes cast onto wire rope that can be installed topside without the use of divers to protect marine structures.

• A-Sled—a retrofit galvanic anode system originally designed for pipelines where burial below the natural seabed is required or anticipated. This is a viable option when retrofitting subsea production systems.

GRABOID (Subsea Adjustable Pipe Clamp)Our Graboid clamps come in three main adjustable sizes to fit a large range of

pipe diameters, but can also be custom-made to suit any situation. These clamps

can be installed by diver or ROV and also have above water applications.

SABERThe Saber is a flange & beam clamp, custom designed for tight spaces. Our Saber

clamp comes in two models, subsea & land and is customizable for any size range.

BOX CLAMPThe Box Clamp was custom-designed to fit square, rectangular or flat members,

and was installed in waters 2000 feet deep.

IMPRESSED CURRENT CATHODIC PROTECTION (ICCP)Our ICCP systems are Plug & Play, meaning that cables to the surface may be

installed after Anode has been lowered to the sea floor. We produce package

systems ranging 20 to 400 amps continuous, customizable to any current level

and application.
