The STEM Integrity 10 Reaction Station has an evolutionary design which provides the advanced laboratory with a means for allowing the users to perform multiple reactions at individually set temperatures both in negative and positive temperature ranges simultaneously. Each cell position can be heated/cooled and stirred independently of the cell next to it.

The versatility of the product means it can be used inside a fume cupboard, mounted onto a robotic platform, coupled together as multiple units for mass sampling or simply operated free standing on a laboratory work surface.

Integrity instruments (PS20000) once installed become critical parts of daily processes and are instrumental in the work carried out by the scientists using them. As a result, it is essential that all instruments operate efficiently, reliably and effectively with as little down time as possible. Therefore, taking out a maintenance agreement for such equipment is almost as important as the initial purchase.

The maintenance contract is designed to offer full coverage of each unit included, with a one-time payment covering the unit for the full length of the contract. Enabling units to be back up and running in a much shorter timeframe and giving fixed costs for product maintenance, allowing for more effective budget planning.

Reactive Maintenance Service

• In the event of a unit failure, to provide on-site repair (where possible).

• If on site repair is not possible a loan unit (if available) will be provided (or the unit will be repaired within

specified time frame).

• Software support for instruments controlled via the Integrity software application.

• Replacement parts included.

• Cole-Parmer service engineer time and travel expenses included.

• Reasonable initial response time from receipt of an email/phone call to the address/number provided in

the contract shall be within 24 hours reasonable endeavour (excluding weekends, UK bank holidays and

from 23rd December to 2nd January inclusive).

• Agreed upon resolution time from time of response shall be within 72 hours reasonable endeavour

(excluding weekends, UK bank holidays and from 23rd December to 2nd January inclusive).

Service contracts can be taken out at the point of purchase on new units. Prior to the commencement of a maintenance contract, the unit to which the contract is intended to apply must be inspected by a Cole-Parmer engineer. In the event that the unit is not in full working order, the engineer will specify the work required to bring the unit up to standard and decline to accept the unit onto a service contract until such work is completed. An inspection fee of £500.00 is chargeable. Any work advised by the Cole-Parmer engineer following the inspection must be completed prior to commencement of the maintenance contract. The inspection fee will then be deducted from the contract price.

Service contracts currently only available in the UK & Ireland
