As largest reconditioning enterprise in Brazil, SCHÜTZ VASITEX

has committed itself to environmental preservation and

contributes to intelligent resource utilisation by offering

cost-effective and secure multi-trip solutions for IBCs.

re-bottled IBCs

Within the scheme of a closed loop system, scHÜtZ VAsiteX

offers reconditioned ecoBuLK containers that were collected

via the scHÜtZ ticKet serVice, the worldwide ecoBuLK

recollection service.

With a reconditioned ecoBuLK, all components that have

come in contact with the filling product (such as the inner

container, the screw cap, and the outlet valve) are replaced

with new original components. using appropriate processes,

components that were replaced are decontaminated and

recycled as secondary materials. the reconditioned iBc

receives a new certification according to un guidelines on the

transport of liquid goods and offers complete product safety.

Washed IBCs

every washed iBcs by scHÜtZ VAsiteX has undergone

a thorough process of cleaning and decontamination

internally and externally by the best washing system with

temperature and pressure. After drying, final inspection and

comprehensive quality controls make sure that the container

is ready for its next service as part of a closed loop system or

as economic and safe solution for many other applications.

SCHÜTZ TICKET SERVICE FORM

The emptier is entitled to return all SCHÜTZ containers via the SCHÜTZ TICKET SERVICE, if the following conditions are adhered

to (excerpt):❚ It must be a SCHÜTZ container, and must be free from major damage, serious oxidation and outer contamination.

❚ Uncleaned containers must comply with the same valid regulations as filled containers (e.g. label plates, product labels,

MSDS, other documents must be available and legible).

❚ The container must be emptied as well as possible, i.e. with low-viscosity materials, max. 1 kg and with high-viscosity

materials, max. 5 kg residual quantities (for US purposes: max. 1 gallon).

❚ Products excluded: e.g. filling goods causing cancer and/or belonging to the class R45/49 (for US purposes: Mutagenic Cat. 1,

Carcinogenic Cat. 1; Canada and Mexico: Toxic 6.1, Marine Pollutants [UN / 49CFR 172.101 appendix B]) will not be collect-

ed, unless they have been neutralised or washed out.

❚ The number of containers indicated on the return ticket must correspond to the actual number of containers ready for

collection. Please see the valid regional Terms and Conditions for collection, for the minimum number.

❚ By signing the form, the emptier agrees to the current Terms and Conditions of the SCHÜTZ TICKET SERVICE. Unsigned forms

will not be processed.The emptier agrees that containers which deviate from the Terms and Conditions can be rejected/additional costs will be
