Ms Grace Kanakana is the founding member of IPR. Ms Kanakana is a Six Sigma black belt, worked for more than 12 years in manufacturing industry involved in process improvement and streamlining. Ms Kanakana wrote many papers in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma and has done a vast amount of research in Lean Six Sigma methodology. She holds a B-Tech in industrial Engineering, an MBA and is in a process to complete her PHD in industrial Engineering.
