Program Admission & GuidelinesTo enroll in the program, clients or providers call 651-379-5157 an initial assessment and to determine fees based on insurance coverage. On the first day of IOP, the therapist meets with the client to complete enrollment and develop treatment goals.

Program StructureProgram length is based on client needs. Each three-hour group is broken into three sessions with breaks between sessions. Sessions are held from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at Natalis.

CurriculumCurriculum is developed to meet the needs of group members and include symptom education and management, coping skills, medication education, relapse prevention skills, distress tolerance, healthy relationships, communication skills, goal setting, emotion identification, managing pain, and mindfulness.

DischargePrior to the last day of program, the treatment team meets with the client to review client’s progress, goals, and safety plan. The discharge plan includes follow up appointments with the client’s psychiatrist and individual therapist, as well as any additional appropriate community resources referrals.

IOP ServicesOur treatment approach is client centered, strengths focused, evidence based, and trauma informed to provide high quality mental health and substance abuse services. We are contracted and in network with most health insurance payers.

GoalOur goal is to help clients achieve a healthier, more positive and balanced life. Also to gain confidence to manage their daily stressors and function in their daily lives. The treatment team, which includes the client, psychiatrist, and therapist, actively communicate with one another to ensure the client’s treatment needs are being met.
