Join our European Business Management Graduate Programme Begin the journey of a lifetime in September 2013 Novo Nordisk‘s European Business Management Graduate Programme is a great springboard for launching a life-changing career. As a global pharmaceutical company and the world leader in diabetes care we can give you the opportunity to use your recently-acquired master’s degree to make a difference. Start your career climb The European Business Management Graduate programme aims to cultivate best-in-class management professionals through the development of pharmaceutical business knowledge and strong organisational networks. In addition to intensive cross-organisational sales and marketing training, the programme also offers you leadership and teamwork skills development. Scope of the programme The European Business Management Graduate Programme is a 2-year journey consisting of three 8-months rotations. One rotation will typically be in our headquarter in Denmark. The other 2 rotations will be in one of our European affiliates and/or headquarter in Switzerland, where you will work as a business analyst in sales or marketing department. A global career After successfully completing the programme you will embark on your career at Novo Nordisk with a permanent position - perhaps as an Executive assistant, Internal consultant or International Product Manager. While you could be based in Denmark, your broad network and international experience from the programme will enable global career opportunities. Requirements To join the European Business Management Graduate Programme you must hold a master’s degree from a European Business or Life Science school and have no more than 1 year of work experience since finishing your studies. You have an excellent command of English and at least one of the following languages: German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish or Swedish.
