Our products are warranted against excessive surface wear, edge ravel, backing separation, shrinking, stretching and static elec-tricity; and against excessive color loss due to normal exposure to indoor light.
Easy MaintenanceLooking for an easy, affordable way to shorten your maintenance to-do list? Interface STROLL is the solution. Our carpet tiles require only regular vacuuming, unlike other flooring types that demand mopping, buffing and polishing. Easy MaintenanceInterface STROLL’s stain resistant carpet tiles are a cinch to clean and maintain.
Vacuum frequently to remove soil and restore carpet pile, vacuuming heavy traffic areas more often. Upright vacuums with cylinder brushes are recommended, not canister/back-pack styles.
Spot removal prevents stains; use water prior to cleaning solu-tions. Blot spills with clean cloth and work from edge to center to avoid spreading the stain.
For restorative cleaning, hot water extraction is most effective and the only method Interface STROLL recommends. Bonnet cleaning is not recommended and may void all warranties.
