Before I talk about my intermittent fasting results. Let me define intermittent fasting and how I follow this diet. First, intermittent fasting is the process of switching between fasted and feed states. More simply stated this is the process of eating for a certain period of time then fasting for the rest of the day. The purpose of this is to give your digestive system time for maintenance in order to improve your health. So for me, I am feed for 7 hours of the day then I fast for 17 hours. On a typically day, I’ll eat lunch around noon then have dinner at 6 pm. After 7 pm, I do not eat until noon the next day. To summarize, I eat two meals at noon and 6 pm and fast for the rest of the day. Now with my plan outline, let’s discuss my intermittent fasting results. My Intermittent Fasting Results -Weight Loss and Fat Loss: The first thing that stands out is the amount of fat I have lost. Before intermittent fasting, I weighed about 190 lbs. with a lot of body fat. After 3 months of intermittent fasting, I lost 25 lbs. and drop my body fat level under 10%. These results were incredible for me. I had never been that lean and muscular before. In high school, I was skinny, but I never had any muscle or definition. So needless to say, I was thrilled with these results. Example of intermittent fasting results. -Less Indigestion: The second thing that stands out is my digestion improvement. I was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome when I was 18 so I have always struggled with indigestion. Since I’ve started using intermittent fasting, my indigestion problems have disappeared. The days of constant stomach pain are gone. This is due to the maintenance time I give my digestive system through fasting.

Before I talk about my intermittent fasting results. Let me define intermittent fasting and how I follow

how much clearer you think while fasting. For me, I am able to focus and be more productive with

intermittent fasting. This is something you must experience yourself to appreciate. Trust me, it is worth

it.

So there you have it, my intermittent fasting results. To summarize, my results includes fat loss, less

indigestion, and mental clarity. So if you’re looking for improvements in these areas, give intermittent
