01. TIME AND PLACE

Championship will be held in Novi Sad, from 25.07. to 31.07. 2015. Opening andClosing ceremony and tournament will be held at Sajam fair- master centar.

02. ORGANIZER

Vojvodina Chess Federation together with Serbia Chess Federation,Provincial Secretariat of Sport, City of Novi Sad, cheaf GM Drazic S.

03. PARTICIPATION

Tournament has an open and international character.

04. SYSTEM AND RATE OF PLAY

The championship will be in 9 rounds, Swiss system, FIDE Tournament Rules.Time control will be 90 minutes + 30 sec. per move.In case of tie following criteria will be used:

1) Buholz-2 2) Buholz-1 3) full Buholz 4) progres

Chess sets and clocksare provided by organisers!

Accommodation for all participants is provided at Students new dorm or 3 star hotel.– price per person for double room at students new dorm: 19€– ***Hotel, single room 29€ , double room 24€ per person (include breakfast)– special offer, private accomodation, 12 eur per person, private flats (ask organiser)apartments with kichen and Wi-Fi in centar, 20 eur per person!!Organizer offer assistance for transport, under reasonable prices.Airport Belgrade – hotel in Novi Sad = 40 eur for taxi (until 4 person), take 75 min.It is possible to make a special agreement if it is related to bigger groupsof participants.
