ABOUT STAM 20Mar Athanasius College (Autonomous), Kerala, India organises an International Conference on Science and Technology of Advanced Materials (STAM 20) on 14 , 15 and 16 January, 2020. The 3-day event will include plenary lectures, invited talks, oral and poster presentations. Eminent scholars and young researchers within India and from around the globe are expected to participate in the conference. This conference provides a platform to present research outputs, disseminate innovative information and to actively engage in scientific discourse. Mar Athanasius College (Autonomous), Kothamangalam is a premier multidisciplinary educational institution in Kerala established in the year 1955. The College has a long tradition of imparting value based, holistic education focusing on academic competence, social skills and moral values. The UGC conferred autonomy to the college in 2016. The college was awarded with College for Potential for Excellence status in 2009 and was accredited with 'A+' grade in 2017 by NAAC. Recently the college was selected for financial assistance under component 8 of the RUSA scheme by MHRD and the Department of Biotechnology extended its support in the form of DBT-STAR college scheme. The College has four Research Centres, 13 Undergraduate and16 Postgraduate Programs.
