International Conference Thomas Hobbes Hobbes Scholars International Association

The Hobbes Scholars International Association is aimed at regrouping the researchers whose goal is to study, with different titles and backgrounds, the works of Hobbes, organizing academic activities concerning the works of Hobbes and promoting the studies and researches on Hobbes in universities around the world.

The association regularly organizes seminars on Hobbes at the Sorbonne in Paris, as well as international conferences on Hobbes in diverse universities.

The annual journal of the association is the Bulletin Hobbes, since 1988. The bulletin is available on the website : https://hobbesscholarseng.wordpress.com/bulletin-hobbes/ Its principal publication, Œuvres de Thomas Hobbes : Édition et traduction, directed by Pr. Yves Charles Zarka, is published by the Publisher Vrin.
