IDCE’s PurposeThe purpose of IDCE is to create opportunities for public and private sector industry professionals across multiple inter-related disciplines addressing catastrophic events to convene. Participants are industry leaders whose actions and policies shape the landscape and methods in which industry professionals do their job. REGISTRATIONFull Conference Package registration fee includes continental breakfast and lunch as outlined in the conference schedule (subject to change) as well as one ticket for the Welcome Reception on Tuesday night and one ticket for the IDCE Networking Reception on Wednesday night. Guest tickets to these social events are not included and must be purchased as a separate item on the primary attendee’s registration. Registration Cancellation, Refund & Transfer PolicyAttendee registrations made by December 23, 2014 will be eligible for a refund (less 30% administrative fee) if the cancellation request is received in writing by 11:59 PM CST on December 23, 2014. Registrations that cancel without proper notice are NOT eligible to receive a refund. Given our cost structure of IDCE, there are no exceptions to this policy.

Any cancellation requests received after December 23, 2014 will NOT be eligible for a refund. Please email all cancellation requests to kchighizola@mccno.com.

New attendee registrations made after December 23, 2014 will not be eligible for a refund.

Registration transfers will be allowed at any time through a written request sent via email to IDCE Conference Manager Kristen Chighizola at kchighizola@mccno.com. Transfers will only be allowed for the current year (IDCE 2015) and cannot be postponed or held for future dates.
