Consultancy Services for Existing Schools

1. To review systems, policies, facilities and staff of existing schools and revamp according to pre-

set criteria to meet the eligibility to be termed as a ‘IIUI School’2. To train existing staff to assist them to meet the challenges of the new curriculum and methods3. Prepare feasibilities for any type of educational project or venture

All services will be provided by internationally qualified staff with extensive local and foreign experience to create a school ready to face the challenges of the new millennium

Franchisee Role and RequirementsFinancial Role: The franchisee is required to make payments according to the following:

Initial  Franchise Fee Rs. 500,000  For approved applicants registered by July 31, 2010

At the time of contract signing

Monthly payments made before 5th of every month

Monthly Franchise fee 1. 3% of total revenue per month

2. Rs. 10,000 per month as License Fee

Initial Franchise Fee Rs. 700,000 For approved applicants registered by December 31, 2010

Monthly Franchise fee 1. 3% of total revenue per month

2. Rs. 10,000 per month as License Fee

Initial  Franchise Fee Rs. 1,000,000 For approved applicants registered from January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011

Monthly Franchise Fee 1. 5% of total revenue per Month

2. Rs. 10,000 per month as License Fee

Administrative Role:The Franchisee will be required in partnership, close communication and initiative to follow all systems and modules provided by IIUI Schools Management. Franchisee will need to invest financially with an initial franchising fee, but also bear capital and running costs that are necessary for setting up and launch of schools such as building rental, printed materials, furnishing, staff salaries, equipment and resources etc. Full details will be provided so that initial expenses are determined.
