AN ESTABLISHED PROGRAMMindfulness is a mental training which increases one’s capacity for focus, attention, wis-dom and connectedness both at work and at home.
In the past 30 years, over 1000 clinical trials have studied the effects of the Mind-fulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) training protocol. MBSR is established today as a powerful support methodology in the face of stress. Studies have shown that Mindful-ness helps with difficulties such as :

By understanding the conditions leading to stress and developing various coping mecha-nisms, this workshop will focus on the integration of mindfulness meditation in daily life situations, and will help gain a capacity for:

8-WEEK TRAINING PROGRAMThis 8-week training program is an opportunity to deepen your mindfulness practice with a group of committed practitioners. Suitable for beginners and experienced med-itators alike. The training program includes:
weekly group sessions. 1 full day of practice (lunch included).

PROGRAM DETAILSDates: 8x Tuesdays 6:30pm-8:30pm, from 23.02.2016 until 19.04.2016. (29.03 excluded - no session running during Easter break). 1 x Saturday 12.04.2015, 10:00am-4:00pm.

International Medical Corps, HUG and others.
He sees clients and groups in his multi-disciplinary clinical practice across the Geneva University Hospital and provides distance-based sessions (Skype) as well as e-learning solutions.
