WHAT WE ARE ACTUALLY DOING FOR YOU?Your personal export developerOne of our team will serve as your local export developer, who will set up your distribution channels, get your sales going and expand your coverage. You will pay us a moderate monthly fee for our activities, plus a commission on the sales. The minimum period to hire us is three months, after that you can decide monthly to pause or stop our support.

Getting more out of existing partnersSome markets may be tougher than others, but eventually the sales results depend on the activity of your local partners. How much time and money do they spend on promoting your goods or services? Are they eager to do business development and increase their market share? Commercial sales representative office

With this service beside marketing activities we participate in sales purchasing process and all activities regarding that process are done under our control and management.

Sales representative office

If you want to be physically present on some market and you would like to share some of operational costs we can offer you to set up your company sales representation office and person in charge of your company. Office space and cost will be shared with other companies.

Person in charge will have mobile phone and business cards with your company’s name and will be on your full disposal 24 h a day Monday to Friday.

What does it include?

� All mentioned under commercial sales representative plus local person on disposal and acting in your name in communication with potential clients on the market:

Exclusive distribution contract

If you are not ready to invest in promotion and marketing, and you would like to be on our suppliers list in case someone ask us for your products, you can sign „exclusive distribution contract“ for certain markets with us.

What does it include?

� You will be included in our promotional material

� We will contact you if and when we receive request for your products unless we have suppliers with contracts for models 1,2 of 3 who are our priority.

Exclusive distribution contract means that you have an obligation to work through us only for the market we sign it. You will offer us the best export prices, promotional material, product examples when needed, you will prepare and cover costs of all necessary certificates for export.

3.000,- EURmonthly fee for representation in Indonesia

4.000,- EURmonthly fee for representation in Malaysia, Taiwan

5.000,- EURmonthly fee for representation in Japan, Korea

6.000,- EURmonthly fee for representation in Hong Kong, Singapore

The price of this model: 10 % commission on

materialised turnover.

The prices are per country per month. And additionally

3% of total sales turnover on each market.

You can see us as a temporary and a part-time extension of your team, for often less than 50% of real cost an export manager if you hire him/her in one country.
